Job Description

• Maintains accurate supplier and article master data.
• Checks Material Requirements Planning (MRP) results and sends orders to suppliers
• Tracks supplier deliveries, identifies bottlenecks and escalates risk of shortages
• Ensures optimum stock level for raw materials and takes actions to avoid and reduce excess/obsoletes, etc.
• Supports technical changes by ensuring ordering/deliveries of new components
• Supports the supplier integration (localization, consignment agreements, logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.) Develops and maintains regular contact with suppliers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistic, Business Administration or related field. 
• 2–3 years of experience in material planning, purchasing, supply chain, or similar roles.
• Experience in supplier management, delivery performance evaluation, and logistics agreements
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Intermediate to Advanced English
