LEONI BSC Hermosillo celebrated a new edition of the event “Gente LEONI, Gente de Valores”, a tradition that year after year recognizes employees who live and reflect most strongly the values that define the company.
The award ceremony took place at the Business Service Center, located in Metrocentro, Hermosillo, and was attended by the employees who work at this site, as well as the nominees for the recognition. A total of 15 employees were nominated, from whom five winners were selected, one for each institutional value.
This annual recognition is based on an internal nomination and voting process, in which employees themselves participate to choose those who, throughout the year, have demonstrated exemplary commitment to LEONI’s values in their daily work.
One of the most emotional moments of the event was the surprise prepared for the winners, who learned about their recognition during the ceremony while also receiving an unexpected visit from their families, who had been invited in advance. Amid applause, flowers, and gifts, this gesture reinforced the human and close-knit spirit that characterizes LEONI’s culture.
