November 2025. LEONI México successfully carried out the HSEE Strategy Workshop Mexico from November 4th to 7th, bringing together safety and operational leaders from multiple plants across the country to define strategic actions focused on strengthening workplace safety, standardizing processes, and promoting continuous improvement.
The workshop was held at the Hermosillo plant, where participants reviewed and analyzed processes that contribute to operational efficiency and safe task execution. During the session, the team aligned mandatory LEONI Operating System (LOS) requirements, standardized PPE criteria, and shared best practices related to medical services and physiotherapy initiatives.
As an outcome of the workshop:
- 50 improvement actions were identified
- 19 priority initiatives were defined based on cost and impact
- Savings and operational benefits are currently being evaluated
“This workshop represents an important step in reinforcing a unified safety and operational strategy for all plants in Mexico. By aligning processes and sharing expertise, we strengthen our commitment to safe workplaces and global competitiveness,” said Edgar Seleme Head of HSEE Mexico. The event was supported by the participation of each plant Team Leaders: Valeria Ramírez, Isabel Madrid, and Claudia Grijalva; as well as Carolina López and Cynthia Quiroga, HSEE Experts in Hermosillo.
The HSEE Strategy Workshop Mexico reaffirms LEONI’s commitment to the well-being of its employees and the creation of safe and sustainable work environments. Because when we move forward together, every step becomes progress, and every improvement becomes a safer path toward the future.
