LEONI Family: The power of healthy competition

On Saturday, August 24, the LEONI 2024 Athletic 5k Race took place on the Ramla at Guadiana Park in Durango, Dgo, Mexico. This great event brought together 80 participants, who with remarkable punctuality began the challenge at 8 in the morning and were a true testimony of the team spirit and dedication of our collaborators. 

The activity began with the delivery of sports kits, which included a t-shirt with the competitor's number and a thermos to hydrate. The runners also enjoyed a calisthenics workout session to activate their muscles and improve their performance. Afterward, the Durango Plant Manager, Daniel Fimbres, provided a warm welcome and motivational greeting to all attendees.

The competition concluded with a friendly gathering among attendees, highlighting the participation of managers, coaches, operators, and trade union members. The effort and enthusiasm shown reflect the spirit of improvement that defines LEONI. We look forward to the next event!
