Last Friday, December 5, the LEONI Yucatán plants held one of the most meaningful and anticipated events of the year: the traditional turkey distribution, a celebration that reinforces the company’s appreciation for all the people who are part of its workforce.
At Plant II, the event took place in an atmosphere of gratitude and teamwork. As every year, these gifts were distributed to all employees as a way to recognize their effort, commitment, and dedication throughout 2025. It was also an opportunity to welcome those who recently joined, reminding them that LEONI deeply values its people and cares about their well-being, even in the face of the year’s economic challenges. The event was organized by the Human Resources team with the support of the local union.
At Plant I, the celebration was carried out with the same energy and enthusiasm. According to the event’s organizers, around 1,000 turkeys were distributed, reaffirming LEONI’s values and commitment to every person who forms part of the plant. Human Resources and the union coordinated the logistics to ensure a smooth and friendly distribution for all collaborators.
For LEONI, this event is not only a tradition but also a way to contribute to the homes of its people with a meaningful gesture during this special season. What was experienced at both plants reflects that when the organization and its people move forward together, great results are achieved.
