Like a vehicle moving steadily in the highway, connected to a navigation system that precisely defines its destination, the management team of LEONI Mexico gathered last Thursday, February 12, at the LEONI Mérida 2 plant to reflect, envision, and establish the strategic course that will guide the organization over the coming months.
It was an intense and deeply meaningful day. Fourteen leaders shared not only analysis and figures, but also vision and commitment. The priority was clear: to review the P&L from a critical and strategic perspective, reaffirming that our primary goal is to achieve our Budget 2026 and to strengthen the profitability of our plants. This objective goes beyond financial results; it forms the foundation for optimizing efficiency, managing inventories strategically, and consolidating sustainable performance.
In an environment of openness and collaboration, each participant presented the top 10 priorities of their area. What was truly enriching was recognizing that, although each team operates within its own sphere of responsibility, all converge toward the same purpose: driving the growth of LEONI Mexico. Perspectives were integrated, priorities were aligned, and it was reaffirmed that transparent dialogue is one of our greatest organizational strengths.
In the words of Michel Da Lio, Country Manager Mexico, the message was clear: focus on four fundamental pillars: improving communication, strengthening collaboration, optimizing the escalation process, and increasing our speed of response. He emphasized: “To become a high-performance team, we must go beyond simply doing our jobs; we must just achieve the results”.
The ramp up of new projects represents one of our main sources of motivation today. In them, innovation, talent, and discipline converge, aligned toward strategic growth and operational excellence.
