On December 18, LEONI Hermosillo 1 Quiroga Plant held a new edition of the event “Gente LEONI, Gente de Valor”, an initiative that recognizes employees who, through their daily actions, exemplify the values that define the organization.
During the event, 10 employees from Hermosillo Plants 1 and 2 were recognized for their outstanding commitment to LEONI’s institutional values. In this edition, the award recipients were:
Ulises Paniagua and Dulce Córdova, for the value of Care
Juan Flores and José Mázon, for Respect
Aileen Álvarez and Ángel Valenzuela, for Responsibility
Jorge Jiménez and Fernanda Dorame, for Collaboration
Carlos Careaga and Mitsuki Blanco, for Results Orientation
In addition to the awards, the event featured a special activity titled “100 Mexicanos Dijeron”, in which employees actively participated, creating an atmosphere of teamwork, enthusiasm, and fun that further strengthened collaboration.
One of the most emotional moments of the celebration was the surprise prepared for the winners, who received an unexpected visit from their families during the ceremony. This gesture added a warm and human touch to the event, highlighting the importance of recognizing not only professional performance but also the family support that accompanies each employee.
Through events such as Gente LEONI, Gente de Valor, LEONI reaffirms its commitment to strengthening an organizational culture based on respect, collaboration, responsibility, care, and results orientation—recognizing the people who bring these values to life every day at the Hermosillo Quiroga Plant.
