Amid costumes, smiles, and family spirit, LEONI Yucatán celebrated its highly anticipated Halloween Open House, an event that brought together employees, their children, and special guests for a day filled with connection, recognition, and learning.
The gathering welcomed more than 650 attendees, who participated in the school scholarship ceremony for employees’ children with the highest academic performance. This program, part of the collective labor agreement, aims to acknowledge the effort and academic dedication of the younger generations. In total, 150 scholarships were awarded per plant, reaffirming LEONI’s commitment to education and family development.
After the scholarship ceremony, attendees enjoyed a traditional cochinita taco breakfast before beginning a themed tour of the plant, specially decorated with the essence of Día de Muertos. During the tour, visitors got an up-close look at the different work areas, where teams proudly showcased the activities they carry out each day.
“The event reflected the commitment and participation of all areas. Even though it was a workday, everyone gave their best to make the event spectacular. Each person did their part, showing the great teamwork that defines us,” shared Tatiana Vázquez, Team Leader HR Business Partner at Plant 2 and one of the event’s organizers.
The festive atmosphere continued with activities specially designed for children, who enjoyed snacks, games, and colorful, fun-filled performances. A cheerful clown filled the venue with laughter, while entertainers dressed as Huntrix (K-pop Demon Hunters) performed dances, took photos with the kids, and added a modern and dynamic touch to the celebration.
The 2025 Halloween Open House was undoubtedly a success that strengthened the bonds between the company, its employees, and their families. Beyond the fun and decorations, the event reflected the core values that define LEONI: unity, commitment, and pride in shared work.
At LEONI, every cable connects more than systems: it connects people, stories, and values that make it possible to keep growing together.
