Mom's love is one of a kind. Maternal love is reflected in the care and detail with which we carry out our work every day. In every circuit, in every process, in every effort, there is a sample of that dedication that only a mother can offer. That is why we celebrate them, because we honor the sacrifice, dedication, and strength of all our mothers' colleagues  - admirable women, tireless workers, and givers of life, who make this company a more human, stronger, and more heart-filled place.

At LEONI, we understand that being a mother goes beyond the family role. It is synonymous with commitment, perseverance, and a strength that does not stop even on the most difficult days. Many of our employees carry on their shoulders not only their work responsibilities, but also the enormous challenge of raising human beings with love, values, and hope, the future of our industry. They are the living example that love multiplies strength.

During May, we offer tribute to each one of them at our four plants in Mexico, holding different activities such as raffles, breakfasts, music, and t-shirt giveaways, among others. We took a moment to recognize their history, their daily struggle, and their immense value within our LEONI family. Every smile they share, every challenge they overcome, every achievement they reach, reminds us that in their hands we also carry the legacy of life and hope for the future.

To you, LEONI moms, thank you. Thank you for not giving up, for teaching by example, for demonstrating that work with love transforms realities. Today, we celebrate more than a date: we celebrate your existence and the impact you have on all of us who are fortunate enough to share this path with you.
