By sharing our results, recognizing the efforts of our people, and aligning our goals, we take stronger steps toward the future we want to build together.
On Thursday, June 18, administrative employees from all areas gathered in person for the Local Town Hall Durango, a space designed to strengthen communication, share first-quarter results, and connect everyone with the vision driving LEONI’s next chapter.
During the meeting, leaders from each department presented their first-quarter results, highlighting key achievements and sharing recommendations to further strengthen performance and continuous improvement across our teams.
As part of the event, the Internal Communications team introduced LEONI’s new Corporate Strategy, inviting all employees to embrace our new mission: "To Provide the Most Competitive Solutions for the Future of Mobility’s Power and Data Systems."
This message reflects our shared commitment to continue growing, innovating, and delivering solutions that will shape the future of mobility.
The event also provided an opportunity to celebrate one of our most important milestones. The Health, Safety, Environment and Energy (HSEE) team recognized the collective effort of all employees in achieving more than 500 accident-free days, presenting each attendee with a commemorative tumbler as a symbol of our shared commitment to a strong safety culture.
Participant feedback confirmed the value of this communication initiative. 55% rated their overall satisfaction with the event as Excellent, while 54% considered the topics presented to be highly relevant. In addition, 57% expressed an Excellent outlook on LEONI’s future, reflecting employees’ confidence in the company’s direction. The comments received further reinforced these results, highlighting the importance of sharing company progress, holding these meetings regularly to keep teams motivated, and fostering the sense of confidence that comes from open and timely communication about the present and future of the company.
Our Plant Manager, Jesús Paz, captured the spirit of the event with a message that reflects the path we are building together: “The best strategies come to life when people believe in them and work together to make them happen.”
The Local Town Hall Durango marks the beginning of a new chapter in communication at LEONI Durango, where every shared result, every idea, and every conversation strengthens trust among our teams and brings us closer to a common goal.
Because when we all know the direction, we move forward as one team.
