United for the Future: North America Team Integration Workshop

With a clear vision of moving in the same direction toward a more competitive future, the “North America Team” Integration Workshop was held for the first time, marking an important milestone in consolidating the new organizational structure that unites our colleagues in Mexico and the United States.
The meeting was led by Michel Dalio, Head of North America COO, and Jeremy Tibbett, Head of North America CSO. The chosen venue was Hermosillo, Sonora, a strategic location that allowed participants to experience firsthand a representative sample of the production and talent that Mexico contributes to the team.
During three days of collaborative work, the 27 participants had the opportunity to: establish a list of shared priorities, align key metrics for greater effectiveness, and take plant tours to closely view the current status of ongoing projects.
In his message, Michel Dalio thanked the team for their commitment and highlighted three essential objectives for this new phase: teamwork, profitable planning, and long-term forecast.
Jeremy Tibbett closed the workshop with inspiring words about the importance of staying united: “The effort and time invested were worth it. This workshop allowed us to reconnect and think as a single team. Communication will be key. We face big opportunities and challenges, but we have an exceptional team to overcome them.”
This workshop not only marked the beginning of a new structure, but also the start of a new mindset: one where collaboration, shared vision, and passion for what we do drives us toward collective success. Because when we work as one, we don't just imagine the future... we build it together.
