When strategic vision connects with the reality

Just as an automotive wiring harness connects every component to keep a vehicle moving with precision, an organization strengthens its direction when strategic vision connects with the reality of those who transform every challenge into results.

From June 29 to July 3, 2026, LEONI Americas welcomed members of the Supervisory Board and Executive Board as part of their annual meeting. The agenda provided an opportunity to strengthen strategic dialogue and gain first-hand insight into the performance of our operations in Durango and Hermosillo, with the objective of evaluating the progress of the turnaround process, reviewing the commitments established by local management, and discussing the company's expansion and growth plans.

The delegation was led by KK Yuan, Chairwoman of the LEONI AG Supervisory Board and Executive Vice President of Luxshare ICT, together with Klaus Rinnerberger, CEO of LEONI AG, accompanied by members of the Supervisory Board, Executive Board, and Corporate Office, who actively participated in the various activities scheduled throughout the visit.

During the week, the executives held closed-door meetings to review the company's business strategy and follow up on the priorities driving its continued growth. They also toured the production floors to review the progress of productivity initiatives, assess current efficiency performance, and engage with the teams who, day after day, turn objectives into tangible results.

One of the most remarkable moments of the visit was the wiring harness showroom, where participants experienced the technological complexity of our products and gained a deeper appreciation of the engineering expertise, precision, and collaborative effort behind every solution delivered to customers around the world.

The visit also provided an opportunity to celebrate what best represents the essence of LEONI: the commitment of its people. At each plant, recognition ceremonies honored employees for their years of service, celebrated the quality awards received from our customers, and recognized the production lines that achieved the Zero Defects milestone, demonstrating that excellence is not an isolated achievement but the result of a culture built on discipline and teamwork.

At the conclusion of the visit, the management team reaffirmed its commitment to continue executing the actions necessary to strengthen the transformation of our operations. With focus, discipline, and the dedication of every team, we remain committed to achieving a stable operation and delivering positive results.

Because the future of mobility is built through strategy, technology, and committed people, visits like these reaffirm that every decision made in the boardroom finds its true meaning when it connects with the talent that drives our operations.
