Where the past meets the present: LEONI at Chichén Itzá
Last Sunday, May 4th, LEONI's Human Resources department, in collaboration with the FESIJEMJ union, organized a special visit to the Chichén Itzá archaeological site. The activity was attended by colleagues from the LEONI Mérida 1 and 2 plants, as well as their families and friends, with a total attendance of approximately 120 people.
This initiative aimed to provide employees with the opportunity to visit one of Mexico's most important historical sites and, at the same time, share this cultural experience with their loved ones. During the tour, attendees were able to admire the imposing Pyramid of Kukulkan and enjoy a day of friendship and learning about the rich Mayan history surrounding this World Heritage site.
Through activities like this, LEONI and the FESIJEMJ union reaffirm their commitment to the well-being of our team, promoting spaces for family integration and strengthening ties between the company, employees, and the community. The event not only offered a recreational experience, but also a recognition of the daily efforts of those who are part of this great working family.
