My story at LEONI
Hello, my name is Ricardo Pech Sánchez, and I am an operator in the modules area at LEONI. My journey with the company began six years ago when a friend invited me to join the team. After finishing high school, I decided to take this step, and after 15 days of training, I started working in the HKB area, where I specialized in routing for a year. Then, I spent a year and a half in the taping area, until I finally arrived at my current position in module 009, to be more specific. Throughout this time, I have greatly enjoyed the process.
This is my job
At the start of my shift, I check that all the materials are available, including circuits, and I proceed to work on my module.
My highlight
One of the most exciting moments of my experience at the company was meeting my trainer, who has been fundamental in my development. Each change of area has represented a challenge, but the company always guided me step by step in every function I perform.
My view of LEONI as an employer
What I appreciate the most about my time at the company is the respect and value given to each worker, as well as the friendships I have made, which have become like family. If I had to describe LEONI in three words, I would choose: achievement, satisfaction and family.
My tips
To succeed in the company, it is essential to have commitment, dedication, and persistence. To those starting at LEONI, I would say that although the path may seem difficult, anything is possible. If I could do it, you can too.
