Production Operator

Hello, my name is Maria Uicab, I am thirty years old, and I have been working at LEONI for four years. I am currently studying high school online. I live in a neighborhood near the plant, so I found out about the job through neighbors and friends. 

Since I joined LEONI, I have played the role of Production Operator in the module area. My job consists of assembling different parts to complete the harness, which is a great responsibility due to the importance of these components in the safe operation of the vehicle, such as airbags, brakes, among others. 

I am very happy working at LEONI, as the flexible schedules allow me to continue with my studies and activities after my shift. 

During my time at LEONI, I have had two experiences that I consider very important to me. The first was when I was given the opportunity to provide support in the assembly plant of one of our customers. This trip allowed me to meet new people, learn about different customs, and deepen my knowledge of the production process. 

The second outstanding experience has been my participation in the union committee. Being part of this team allows me to support my colleagues, ensuring that everything works according to the law and participating in big events such as the Christmas and Children's Day celebrations.
