Job Description

• Manage and oversee the HR Business Partner organization in alignment with company objectives and performance indicators.
• Design and lead HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including labor, safety, and environmental standards.
• Lead, develop, and coach HR Business Partner teams and other HR specialists.
• Provide functional leadership to HR Business Partners at the country and site levels.
• Act as a key contact for operational HR topics and service delivery improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR management or business partnering
• Talent management and succession planning
• Organizational culture and change management
