Job Description

Location: Yucatán, Mexico

Position: Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function within the automotive sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.

Role Overview

As the HR Manager, you will oversee and guide the Human Resources function for our site in Yucatán. You will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring compliance with global and local standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR Business Partner unit in alignment with defined objectives and KPIs.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Oversee standards, governance, and processes in the HR area of responsibility.
  • Define and manage budgets for HR-related activities and projects.
  • Drive improvements in team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and individual growth.
  • Act as the functional leader for HR commercial partners at the site/country level.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and local labor laws while maintaining alignment with global HR strategies.

    Cualificaciones y Experiencia

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager in an industrial or automotive setting.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Mexican labor laws and global HR standards.
