Job Description

• Ensures an accurate and efficient raw material supply process
• Ensures the accuracy of supplier and item master data.
• Check MRP results and send forecasts/cancellations to suppliers
• Track supplier deliveries, identify bottlenecks and decrease risk of shortages
• Support technical changes guaranteeing the order/delivery of new components
• Supports supplier integration (location, consignment agreements, logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.)
• Develop and maintain regular contact with suppliers.
• Collects and communicates costs related to non-compliance due to supplier
• Guarantees the prevention and treatment of obsolete materials in case of exhaustion or technical change
• Identifies excess stock, performs root cause analysis and initiates corrective action
• Contributes to inventory processes and cycle counting in the plant.
• Periodically review the evaluation of the supplier's delivery performance”

Qualifications and Experience

• University completed
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Advanced English, conversational and written
• Experience working
• Organized and self-motivated work attitude
• SAP system management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
