Job Description
- Steers customer specific requirements and customer requirements analysis, adaptation and control.
- Maintains internal and external customer portal management.
- Supports deployment of LEONI quality strategy based on customer requirements.
- Moderates and controls standards within LEONI OEM account.
- Creates and executes trainings & e-learning for CSR and CR globally along relevant CXO functions
- Performs global improvement quality projects within an OEM account.
- Coordinates global Lessons Learned process within OEM Account across Headquarters and plants
- Processes internal system, process audits and ppa within OEM account in coordination with Global QM
- Supports the on-site task force, e. g. in escalation status, challenging project launching, etc.
- Maintains customer requirements within LEONI IMS and BPM BIC Cloud.
- Performs customer audits.
Qualifications and Experience
- University or master's degree industrial engineering, chemical engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- English Level advanced Strong communication.
