Job Description

Ensure the continuity, security, and efficiency of information systems and technologies within the harness manufacturing plant.

• Manages and supervises the IT / IT Operations org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Oversee servers, networks, computers, and production control systems, including ERP and MES.
• Ensure proper functioning of ERP, MES, and specialized software for harness production.
• Implement security policies, backups, and contingency plans.
• Lead and develop IT team planning activities to meet all requirements and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate IT solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and governance in the harness manufacturing plant.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience in manufacturing plants.
• Intermediate to advanced English for global customer and supplier interaction.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate across departments.
