Job Description

Leads and coordinates VAVE activities by identifying value‑improvement opportunities, evaluating feasibility, and driving initiatives that optimize product design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead VAVE workshops and cross-functional initiatives
• Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies
• Prepare cost assessments and track VAVE targets
• Facilitate validation activities with customers and suppliers
• Serve as primary point of contact for VAVE-related topics

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry
• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive preferred)
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills (80%)
• Strong time management experience
• Working knowledge of Capital Library is essential
• Pro-active, Self-motivated and flexible
• MS Excel to advanced level
• Experience using FORS ERP system is essential
